How to Bell the CAT Exam 2023

CAT (competitive Aptitude Test) 2023 is a national-level competitive exam. It is a post-graduate level admission exam for management studies conducted on the last Sunday of November.CAT 2023 examination will be organized by IIM Lucknow for which the online registration will begin in August 2023. Every year more than 2lakh candidates take up the CAT examination and around 1200 + B-schools participate in the admission process and accept CAT score card for admission in MBA/PGDM courses. CAT 2023 Notification

CAT 2023 Notification start in July and the online registration in August. All the notifications are available on the official website iimcat.ac.in

CAT 2023 Registration

CAT 2023 registration begins in the 1st week of August 2023 when the candidates will be able to register themselves for the CAT Examination.

CAT 2023 can be applied online and fees can be Paid.

CAT 2023 Registrations Date

CAT registration 2023 process involves 3 phases where the candidate needs to complete all three stages viz. CAT2023 registration online, CAT 2023 exam form filling and CAT 2023 Exam fee payment.

CAT 2023 Exam Date

CAT 2023 is expected to happen on the last Sunday of November 2023. There will be more than 2 lakh candidates appearing for the CAT exam and it will be more than 1200 + B-schools that will be participating in the admission process for MBA/PGDM courses and will accept the CAT scorecard.

CAT 2023 Eligibility

Candidates should be appearing or passed graduates from a recognized University and have attained 50% marks in graduation. Candidates who hold CA/CS/ICWA qualifications can also take up the CAT examination for management studies. For SC, ST, and other castes, the minimum eligibility criteria are 45%

CAT 2023 Result Declaration

CAT 2023 exam result declaration will be tentatively in December 2023 on the official website. The CAT score is valid till 2024 which is for a year. The cut-offs that are released by IIMs are used by the B-schools to take admission of the candidates. Centralized counseling is not required for CAT exams and IIM follows its own admission policy that may include many selection steps.

CAT 2023 Admit Card

For the CAT exam, the admit card is released before the exam date. It is released on the official website of the CAT examination. Those candidates who are registered only receive the admit card. By logging on to the official website the candidate can download their admit card. Name, address, Examination center, and other important details are mentioned on the admit card.CAT admit card is to be taken to the exam hall on the day of the examination.

CAT 2023 Syllabus

CAT 2023 syllabus is vast and it is important to cover all the topics namely verbal ability and reading and comprehension like para jumbles, precise, verbal reasoning, Data Interpretation like charts, graphs, puzzles, reasoning, etc., Quantitative aptitude like Algebra, geometry, number systems, arithmetic, etc., Logical Reasoning and interpretations.
