IIT Guwahati B.Tech

IIT Guwahati's core academic offering is a Bachelor of Technology degree that lasts for four years. IIT Guwahati Scholarships

Financial aid is available to students at IIT Guwahati via several different scholarship programmes. Institute Merit Scholarship (IMS):

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have completed the first and second semesters of your B.Tech/ B.Des/ M.Sc/ M.A. program without failing any courses or getting a failing grade. For two semesters in a row, they will be provided with a monthly stipend of INR 500 in addition to having their tuition covered.

Merit-cum-means Scholarships:

Students of non-SC/ST backgrounds who are enrolled in B.Tech/ B.Des/ M.Sc/ M.A. programmes and whose parents earn less than INR 4,50,000 per year are eligible for the award. The MCM scholarship also requires a GPA of 6.0. Two semesters of tuition are covered, and students get an allowance of INR 1,000 per month for eight months.

IWAB Scholarship

Undergraduate women at IWAB are eligible for this endowed award. All first-semester students who maintain a 7.0 SPI are encouraged to apply for this initiative, which would award them a scholarship of INR 15,000. This award is a one-time-only scholarship valid for one academic year

SC/ST Scholarship:
