Architecture Courses After the 12th Admission Process -

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) -

Most architecture colleges and universities require candidates to appear for specific entrance examinations. The most common entrance exams for B.Arch. admissions include the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main (Paper 2). After fulfilling the eligibility criteria and appearing for the required entrance examination, candidates need to apply to the colleges or universities offering B.Arch. courses. The application process usually involves filling out an online or offline application form, submitting required documents, and paying the application fee.

Based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination and other eligibility criteria, colleges or universities release merit lists. Shortlisted candidates are then called for counseling sessions, where they are allotted seats based on their ranks and preferences. Once the seats are allotted during counseling, candidates need to confirm their admission by paying the requisite admission fee and completing other formalities as specified by the institution.

Bachelor of Planning (B Planning)

Many universities and institutes conduct entrance examinations for admission to their B Planning programs. Some of the popular entrance exams for B Planning in India include JEE Main (Paper 2), NATA, and other state-level or university-specific entrance exams. Candidates need to fill out the application forms for the respective entrance exams they wish to appear in. After the application process is complete, candidates receive their admit cards for the entrance exams. They need to appear for the entrance exam on the scheduled date and time at the designated exam center.

After the entrance exam, the conducting authorities release the results within a specific timeframe. Based on the results of the entrance exam, candidates are shortlisted for counseling. During counseling, candidates have to participate in rounds of seat allocation, document verification, and payment of admission fees. Seats are allotted to candidates based on various factors, such as their performance in the entrance exam, choice filling, category (if applicable), and availability of seats.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) Construction Management

Some institutes require candidates to appear for entrance exams like the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) or other state-level engineering entrance exams. Candidates need to fill out the application forms provided by the respective colleges or universities offering the course. Along with the application form, candidates are required to submit certain documents. After the completion of the entrance exams (if applicable), institutes release merit lists or announce results based on which candidates are shortlisted for further admission processes.

Some institutes conduct counseling sessions or interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the program. Based on the merit lists, counseling sessions, and seat availability, final admissions are offered to the selected candidates. Candidates need to pay the admission fee within the specified deadline to confirm their seat in the program. Finally, candidates have to undergo document verification before the commencement of classes.
