Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) is a renowned institution located in Amritsar, Punjab. Named after Guru Nanak Dev, the founder of Sikhism, it was established on November 24, 1969. Admission to the courses is made based on the entrance test conducted by the university, the tests or counseling conducted at the state or national level, or the merit of the qualifying examination, as the case may be.

• Creation of a login ID and password
• Once the ID and password are generated, the candidates need to register. To register online, they can visit www.gnduadmissions.org (or www.gndu.ac.in/admission portal).
• Online registration can be made by filling out the necessary information in the form and paying the non-refundable registration fee for each course for which admission is sought.
• For courses based on entrance exams, an admit card bearing all details, such as the date, time, and venue of the entrance test, is generated upon successful application submission. The candidate must bring the admit card to the entrance test and during counseling.
• After the entrance exams or the declaration of merit lists, the university conducts counseling sessions, during which candidates are allotted seats based on their ranks or merit.
• Once allotted a seat, candidates need to undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility. After verification, candidates need to pay the admission fee within the specified timeframe to confirm their admission.
