Introduction

IIT BHU BTech

The BTech programme at IIT BHU is rated #13 by the National Institutional Rankings by Subject (NIRF) for the year 2022. The software is tailored to ten distinct domains. There are a total of 902 available spots in the BTech programme, plus an additional 59 "Supernumerary" spots (Female only). The IIT BHU BTech curriculum now includes Chemical Engineering as a subfield. A score between 5218 and 7791 on the JEE Advanced is required for entry into the department. In addition, BTech students at the institution have the option of switching their concentrations. Each institution will provide branch change application forms at the start of the second and third semesters. Students who complete their first or second semester with a GPA of 8.0 or above may apply to switch majors.

IIT BHU MTech

The IIT BHU MTech is a two-year graduate programme with 40 areas of concentration. The Graduate Admissions Test (GATE) is used to determine who gets into the programme. Those who score over the required threshold on the GATE examination are admitted via the COAP counselling process. Recently, IIT BHU's Computer Science and Engineering department expanded its Master of Technology (MTech) curriculum to include two new areas of focus. The Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering degree is currently available in two tracks: AI and IoT. (IoT). There is a total of 40 available spots across all specialities. New subfields will be subject to the same admissions and qualification requirements as existing areas of study.

A quarter of the undergraduate students at IIT BHU are eligible for Merit-cum-Means scholarships. IIT (BHU) Varanasi Faculty

IIT BHU has a reputation for having faculty members that are well-educated and have years of professional expertise. The bulk of the institute's more than three hundred and fifty highly skilled faculty members all have doctoral degrees in their various fields of study. The ratio of teaching staff to the student body at the institution is now 1:22.
